Location & Access

Two Timez - Boutique Hotel - With Ac sits 200 meters from Lake Zell and 300 meters from Casino Zell am See. The Schmittenhöhe ski area and Krimml Waterfalls are reachable via the free local transport passes provided to guests. For those arriving by car, private underground parking is available 100-200 meters away at the Rathaus parking for an extra fee of €20.

Rooms & Design

All guest rooms include a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, bathrobes, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Certain rooms offer a seating area, and flexible room arrangements accommodate families and groups. The hotel is a sister property to Heitzmann next door, where breakfast and reception are located; the two buildings are just 10 meters apart across the yard.
